Patricia completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a Clinical Specialization at the University of Calgary in 2014 and has been working in a clinical capacity since. She supported rural and urban community members and hospital teams while working with AHS for 10 years and has a special interest in personal protection strategies. She now supports actively serving Canadian Armed Forces members at the GMH and OTSSC clinic at CFB Edmonton along with veterans, first responders, and the general public in her private practice.
Patricia has received specialized training in gold-standard evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
